   Team Building is an element of management; it is  the process of turning a group of individual contributing employees into a cohesive team - a group of people organized to work together to meet the needs of their customers by accomplishing their purpose and goals.  Whether it is to build or unite your team, bring together and strengthen your employees, do it around fun activities and relaxation open to all.
  A team building activity is offered to members of a company, either for all employees or for a particular department (sales team, management committee, HR department, etc.).
